I've always believed that education should be a journey of exploration and critical thinking, a process that goes beyond memorization of facts and figures. 

🎓 Today, I find myself reiterating my commitment to a core principle that has been the driving force behind my passion: "Teach students ‘How’ To Think And Not ‘What’ To Think."

In the dynamic world of education, fostering the ability to think critically is more vital than ever. As I dive into the realm of facilitating MBA students, I'm not just imparting knowledge; I'm cultivating a mindset. 💡 Why 'How' over 'What'? 🤔

1. Adaptability: In a rapidly evolving professional landscape, the ability to adapt is paramount. Teaching 'how' to think encourages students to approach challenges with a flexible and analytical mindset.

2. Collaboration: Success in the real world often hinges on collaboration and teamwork. By emphasizing 'how' to think, I aim to equip students with the skills to navigate diverse perspectives and work seamlessly in a team.

3. Innovation: The 'what' may provide answers, but the 'how' sparks innovation. I want my students not only to understand concepts but to question them, to push boundaries, and to envision new possibilities.

4. Lifelong Learning: Education doesn't stop with a degree. 'How' to think fosters a love for learning, encouraging students to continue evolving and adapting long after they leave the classroom.

It's incredibly rewarding to witness the transformation in my students as they embrace this mindset. The MBA journey becomes more than just acquiring knowledge; it becomes a transformative experience that prepares them for the challenges of tomorrow.
